The Ronald MacDonald House facility provides living space for families of seriously ill children. Many children that are being treated at area hospitals, are often from out of town. Having one or more of the parents nearby represents an additional financial burden. RMH Long Island provides accomodations for these families.

Magnetically levitated vehicles operate on the principle of oposing magnetic fields lifting a vehicle from its' roadbed, creating a friction free movement of the vehicle.
