Will Flower

Will Flower serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate and Public Affairs for Winters Bros. Waste Systems.  Winters Bros. is a Long Island based company that operates 12 transfer stations, 6 recycling centers, 3 hauling operations and a short-line railroad.  The Company employs about 475 people on Long Island.  Will has 40 years of experience in the area of solid waste management and environmental protection.  Prior to his current role, Will served as the president of a large scale recycling operation on Long Island.  He has also held operational and executive leadership positions at Waste Management, Inc. and Republic Services. Inc.  Philanthropically, Will serves on the Board of Directors for the Winters Center for Autism.
