David Manning is the Director, Stakeholder Relations/External Affairs at Brookhaven National Labs.

In his role at BNL, David Manning is responsible for strategic internal and external communication plans to advance the scientific mission. This includes developing and implementing government and stakeholder relations programs and overseeing science education programs to fulfill the Lab’s and DOE’s diverse educational goals.
