A Fortune 500 Company with $12B in sales, Henry Schein, Inc., is the world’s largest provider of health care products and services to office-based dental and medical practitioners. Lisa manages a team of five Risk Management professionals in support of the Company’s growth strategy. Risk Management is responsible for protecting the Company from loss through insurance procurement, claims management, loss control, M&A and supplier diligence. Most recently Lisa gained responsibility for business continuity and is partnering internally to further enterprise-wide risk reporting and mitigation.

In 2004 Lisa joined Henry Schein Inc. as the Company’s first Director of Risk Management. Previously she worked at Aon Risk Services and Marsh as an international property and casualty broker managing the international insurance programs of Fortune 500 companies, such as General Electric, PepsiCo, and Walmart.
Lisa received an MBA from Fordham University and a BA from Queens College. She holds an ARM designation with the Enterprise Risk extension. Lisa is a Business Insurance Women to Watch Award Recipient from 2017 and a member of the Liberty Mutual Client Advisory Board.
